If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and you’re product is eligible for a refund, we’re here to help.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The shipping fee is not refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.
The time required to complete the refund process depends on the method you have selected. The expected processing time is after we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone quality control (1-2 working days).
